On August 16, 2021, we received a letter of acceptance for the 19 towers of the Fuhua Luhua C5C9 project, with a contract amount of 13.25 million yuan.

Fujian Fuhua Luhua New Materials Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Fujian Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., Zibo Luhua Hongjin New Materials Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Weiwei Investment Partnership. It is the first carbon five carbon nine separation and downstream new materials project in Fujian constructed in the Gulei Development Zone of Zhangzhou.

The project covers a total area of approximately 580 acres and has a total investment of approximately 4.086 billion yuan. The construction progress of this project is divided into two phases. In the first phase, a 150000 ton/year C5 separation unit, a 36000 ton/year C5 petroleum resin device, a 30000 ton/year DCPD hydrogenation resin device, a 40000 ton/year SIS/SBS elastomer device, a 25000 ton/year SEBS (switchable to 40000 ton/year SBS) hydrogenation elastomer device, a 160000 ton/year C9 separation device, a 75000 ton/year C9 resin device, supporting storage and transportation, public works, auxiliary facilities, etc. will be constructed.
